John Burgess has combined his love of architecture, his attention to detail and an inquisitive mind to create a further facet to the portfolio of services offered by JOHNBURGESSARCHITECTS.

John has developed a series of products that have revolutionised the way lighting and electricical fittings are installed. John currently holds eight Patents and has two provisional Patents awaiting grant.

The first product, the ceiling saver is used to improve the installation of standard gimble downlights- protecting the raw plasterboard edge, saving time and money when maintenance or repainting is required. This product has sold over three quarters of a million units. Information can be found below.

The second, a system for the trimless installation of recessed lighting, is licensed globally to Europes largest lighting company, Zumtobel Staff and within Australia to Pierlite our largest lighting manufacture

The third product, a completely smooth trimless light switch and power outlet is yet to hit the global market.
